WORDSWORD

Written for the 36-word RPG jam, WORDSWORD is a game for 1+ players about fighting words with words. The pen is mightier than the sword. The pen writes words. Therefore, a WORDSWORD is mightiest of all.

It's up to you to decide the framing. Are you ancient warriors from a historical civilization? Are you noble heroes in a fantasy? Perhaps your WORDSWORDS are made of advanced technology, and you face foes in the depths of space?

I'd recommend getting your words from a variety of sources! Try books, signs, blog posts, memes, or the backs of cereal boxes! Anything is viable!

If multiple people are playing, make sure that you discuss what level of violence and action you're all comfortable with before you play!
